Pros

Flexible schedule, opportunities to train in other departments, trainings offsite usually approved if you're interested, gym onsite and monthly daycare reimbursement

Cons

Way too many in management, backwards processes lead to wasted $ and time. Not a ton of new development, just made the same core sellers (don't get me wrong -they made them very well, just not a lot of product growth). Also, certain supervisors worked their departments on mandatory OT all the time instead of hiring more people.
