There are some really great people that you get to work with.

Cons

Avoid anyone mid-management and above. They will lie to you and are only out for themselves. This is a company that thinks that instead of paying you what you deserve they can give you cold pizza as a reward. There are many conflicts of interest with any violations being investigated by inside sources and there never being any outside oversight, Lots of unhappy employees who are afraid to speak up. It's not the company they think it is.
