Pros

The best part of working here is that they allow for a great work-life balance. In addition, the benefits are great and they have an on-site workout facility with trainers. The company continues to look for ways to grow and bet their competitors.

Cons

Change seems to be the hardest thing for the company. However, leadership and other employees often realize there is a need for change, and address the situation. It just takes more time than most companies.
