Pros

Great focus on individuals. Advancement opportunities are great. All of my supervisors are very supportive of growth. Great people.

Cons

Communication can be bad. Different departments value employees differently, some not so good, I have never personally had a problem, but have witnessed others. Inconsistent treatment of problems. Skewed focus on what is important in business. Culture gets in the way of action.
