Pros

People are friendly and willing to help.

Cons

It seems as if everyone is overworked. The company is very large and hard to differentiate who can assist and where to find them. Too many technical issues as well.

Pros

Helping supply health insurance coverage.

Cons

Maybe because I was in one of the last work-training groups in October to be hired, the hardest part was that I felt like I did not get properly trained to work at ResultsCX, and all the work and training modules were not always operating.

You get to learn a lot about people, customer service and develop great work ethic.

Cons

The productivity requirements require a phenimenal amount of effort. You simply cannot stay at such a call centre forever.
