I recently had an unfortunate experience with Results-CX Companies LLC and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. From the moment I engaged in their training environment, it was clear that I was not going to get the tools needed to be successful in this job. Training was concentrated on outdated materials, which left little time for useful materials and/or hands-on instructions.
Although my trainer seemed knowledgeable and focused, it appeared he was operating against oppositions that seemed more focused on sticking to scripts than addressing genuine concerns. It felt as though I was just another number rather than a valued employee. In a chat room with over 180 people, inquiries were met with indifference, and often totally ignored.
In an era where customer experience should be paramount, Results-CX missed the mark completely. Changes were made in mid-season and training resources were removed on a day-by-day, moment-by-moment basis which would appear to be designed to set employees up for failure! It’s disappointing to see a company lacking basic human empathy and connection in their interactions. I hope they recognize the importance of treating their employees with the respect and care that everyone deserves.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience, and I sincerely hope they reevaluate their approach in the future.
