Pros
Friendly colleagues who are always willing to help You learn a lot of transferrable skills Work from home
Cons
Low pay for the amount of responsibility Extremely low amounts of PTO and no paid holidays Short, rigid breaks Can lose health insurance as a full-time employee if you don't consistently work 32+ hours a week (I believe it was 32, or one full day off) as a result of the "Empowerment Program." This makes it difficult to care for your needs outside of work without risking losing your benefits. Training was not thorough enough. You will need to learn most of what you need to know to be successful while taking live calls with customers, making it a very difficult transition period from training to production.
