Flexible on punctuality. Little interaction with other people.

no future. no job advancement. Rotten work enviroment. 3 toilets for 250 employees. No lunch room.

It's a work at home job

Cons

When offered the job they do not tell all that the job entails. You are micromanaged. Support means being told to look it up yourself. In the midst of training we were pulled out of training and thrown on to live calls without being fully trained. We were not paid production pay though we were doing production work. The pay is extremely low compared to all the types of calls that you are expected to handle. Way too much stress and anxiety and little support when in the heat of the moment. Not recommended.
