      It was great at first that’s about it

      Cons

      System issues every single day and it’s never their fault. I was let go twice! The first time I reached out to the CEO because I was terminated because of a slack supervisor not doing their job. Second time my internet dropped while a call came through and they fired me over it saying I was avoiding phone calls. As soon as I applied for the family medical leave act for my daughter I was instantly targeted. They have lack of supervisors you can sit for 30 mins waiting on one. It is just horrible!!!

      Pros

      Get your foot in the door with office work. If you live in WFTX, its probably a better paying low effort job.

      Cons

      Lying to agents about pay condescending upper management sketchy hiring in all departments HR is bogged down with work but find time to ask what color previous employees' skin was, among other ethical violations. laughable pay increases (which were revoked for front-line and mid-management beginning 2022, but they were able to acquire a whole company?) Managers required to be on call 24/7 even if their accounts are closed "its the way it is" there is no encouragement for empowerment or innovation as is one of the missions.

      Leisurely, team oriented, self-paced modules

      Cons

      Not structured enough, Microsoft Teams crashed too much & was lagging for many people - but we were punished, 1 trainer to 40 learners, etc.
