      Pros

      *IF* you get paid, you make 9/hr. I defintely had some cool coworkers.

      Cons

      Literally everything else, especially the hr woman. I've been trying to get my last paycheck for over a week. She tells me that "the site director mailed it to you a long time ago." We were just paid on October 27th. That is not a long time ago, why have I not received my check? Multiple people were getting paychecks that said they only made a hundred dollars despite working 80 hours.

      Honestly? I met some nice people, that's it.

      I worked in a leadership position for 10 months.. I tried for months to elicit change to no avail. I cannot believe the amount of unprofessionalism here. The HR person is the most disgusting and vile person I have ever met. I was sexually harassed multiple times by the site director. The demands on my position were unbelievable for the amount of money I made. I would often cry and throw up and work an experience I have never had before. Do not work here at any costs!!!

      The only pro is they pay a decent hourly wage.

      Cons

      The job was a lie. I was told it was a sales job for licensed agents, however it was not. Training is a joke. The work environment is deplorable and the building should be condemned. They will find any reason to not give you your commissions, and they don't tell you that it takes months before you receive them. Your supervisors are of no help to you, and get mad if you ask them anything. All and all, it's like a dysfunctional high school.
