Friendly environment and it keeps more incentives for those who performs well.
Cons
The management is not aware about the weather disturbances that may affect the company. They must provide a service wherein they can provide convenient transportation and bigger sleeping quarters so that the performance level will not be affected. Because service level is important tp every business, it shouldn't be lowered down.
