Their toilets seem to function.

This company is made up of a bunch of thieves. They have a 3-week indoctrination program with "supervisors" coming to the "training room" several times a day to sing high praises for the company, saying how much they accomplished, etc., yet when I speak to people currently working there, they say that the company lies about many things, and, if you're not part of their "inner circle" of managers and supervisors, getting fired is very easy. All you have to do is go to the bathroom two times in one hour to get a warning. Three warnings and you're out. I've also heard from one source close to the company that they steal about half of the budget that they get for the salaries, and the regular employees never get any "bonuses". Do not work there, whatever you do.

I have been working in the BPO Industry for quite some time now and but nothing beats the feeling that i had when i was hired at The Results Companies. I knew the first time i stepped into Results that this will be my second home and i was not wrong. When i was promoted last October and i can still remember my dad's Edgar Garcia Macapagal reaction and i saw in his eyes how proud he is of me. Results made a difference in my life. Maybe.... your's is next.....

Results has great people who work there. It is also a place that will teach you to succeed . They don't just want employees they want to help you to be the best you can possibly be. I went from agent to my own office in less than 3 months. one of their mottos is to put the very best people in the best positions for them. This is great cause they are able to look at your best qualities and areas of opportunity and teach you to be great. I have been with the company for five years and it has grown and changed for the better year after year. Great place to work.
