Pros

Results has a very lively and cute atmosphere. Being simple it self makes it easier to cope up with.

Cons

Lacking computer station , benefits, amenities in Eastwood precisely..... Load of work that is being given plus the compensation lets say that they should rate the salary of the employee based on what account he or she handles an to its complexity

Could push/motivate people in wanting to do things that they are not really ready with; easily promotes people especially if you are close to influential people; Becomes a stepping stone for those who wants to do call center hopping.

Cons

Promotes people even if they are not really qualified/ready for the position. Crab mentality is being practiced; Focuses on mistakes/errors rather than commendations; Uses negative reinforcements.
