The company is dishonest. They will make you sign a 2 year contract and you have to pay an amount that varies depending on which training program you were put in if you try to leave. The time on the contract doesn't actually start until you start a project. You're pretty much a slave who can't leave. They throw out a lie when they're recruiting. '97% of people get accepted to a project within their first two clients'. It's a lie. The pay while not on a project is minimum wage and the pay during a project is around 50k for the first year. There is a good chance you will be stuck in staging being forced to live off of minimum wage in another state.

You are a product, not an employee. By that I mean Revature supplies clients with staffing solutions at a low, fixed cost that makes it a worthwhile investment for the clients. Your salary bound by the two year contract is way below the entry level standard for a similarly qualified new-hire.
