Some of the people are cool to work with

Frankenstein company that kept greedily grabbing other companies and then trying to amalgamate their products into their own (mostly unsuccessfully). Never deciding on a direction and changing requirements inches from the finish line. Then they laid off all remote workers in a group call regardless of what they were working on.

Management does not care what people says they with dumbness depends up on the tools which provides in-accurate results. HR depart is not employee friendly they will not have guts to make decisions they in turn depends on the technical management.
