- Growing company, so there is a lot of room to expand capabilities (start-up vibe) - People work hard and are truly teaming - it is fun to be here - Interesting product and robust product roadmap - Upper management cares - Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality

- Growing pains, but really they are not bad in comparison to what I have seen historically

Pros

Reveal has a wonderful work culture. Expectations are high, but not an unrealistic level. They encourage you to push yourself, but you are given the tools to do so. Strong management/leadership team, as everyone comes with a great deal of experience and advice. The CEO is involved in the daily business, and is transparent about his expectations. Everyone works hard, and in turn, makes you want to be a reliable team player too. Very interesting technology that pushes advances in the e-discovery field. They are continuing to grow and expand their business, which is a great sign. Very open and transparent culture with not a lot of politics.

Cons

The expectations are high, so the pressure is there. However, their expectations are reasonable and manageable, and allows opportunity for growth.
