Pros

I've never worked for a company where managers truly try to accommodate the employee's work life balance. The director of HR tries to be creative by rewarding excellence with nice dinners, concert tickets, bonuses, etc... Revention definitely does promote from within for those who dedicate themselves and help others grow.

Cons

Nothings perfect. Sometimes the job can be stressful because we are very fast pace and ever changing. If we just took a step back to plan, then execute the plan, would be very beneficial. We are always changing and adapting, which can be uncomfortable for people that don't like change.

Our work/life balance philosophy originates from our desire to have employees who prioritize the time to enjoy being off from the hard work they perform during the workweek. We realize everything doesn't just happen on the weekends so we ensure folks work diligently to be done with their work in their normal 8 hour day, thus having the time to get out of the office on time and get home to what matters most. Our Human Resources Department was tasked with making Revention a destination workplace, that team works hard to ensure our employees know they are appreciated, what better way than the perks of concert tickets, food and a great night out with the family to make sure they feel the love. Our fast pace comes up often in our reviews, we like to think of ourselves as a "forward leaning" company always trying to reach the next level. As we have stated in our comments before, that environment is not for everyone. However, when we find employees, like yourself, that can operate at our pace, we are grateful and want to show the love, hence our comments about the perks above. Thanks for your comments, and thank you for all of your hard work! Your comments don't fall on deaf ears!

All these good review are lies

Pros

Check. 5 hours of OT if you like extra money. Cheap snacks. I honestly just need to make the word count here.

Cons

Most of the reviews are lies. They encourage employees to leave them with food truck meals. They only win awards bc of this. Senior employees told us to lie on public reviews or risk discipline although they’re supposed to be anon. We can only be honest on internal surveys. They fire everyone within a year. Especially older ppl. Sometimes before orientation is over. Don’t quit your job for this one. Severely micromanaged. Can’t talk to other departments that sit in the same room as you. Had to raise your hand like grade school if you needed help. CEO watches cameras and doesn’t like it if you look too happy or if you’re enjoying the job. Everyone hates him and bashes the CEO over drinks during outings. Gotta clock out to go to the bathroom. Managers have sex with lower level employees. Politics are insane. If you’re looking to do technical work & solve problems, this ain’t the role for you. Oh & they’d get super abrasive if you stayed on a call longer than 15 minutes. Customer service is not the priority.

There is a lot of information in your review that is incorrect, however, there is truth to one of your statements. We ask employees to track their paid break time to ensure we have good work equity in our offices. There are a lot of distractions in our offices and we are focused on making sure we don't have employees that are left working while others are participating in non-work activities in our office. The feedback from our employees has been positive once they understand we are being vigilant to make sure we have good productivity at Revention. Again, sorry we were not a good match for you, we wish you the best.
