Pros

Starting Pay Location right behind Walmart.

Cons

If you have worked at ac call center you know that an 5 minute que time and a 15 min limit is reindeer game, The last training class at two people and that one of the two was fired his first day on the floor. Don't be misled by these reviews. Ask someone who really works there. If two-week training equates to two days then cool. But I implore you if you get an interview, Ask the customer service side what its really like. When you have 2 or more people quit in a week. That explains it all.

Unbiased Honest Truth

Pros

The work/life balance is amazing. I was able to spend more time with my friends and family. The health benefits are pretty good. Occasionally they cater food. If you’re apart of the sales team or the installations team, you get to travel. Upper level management, although tough at times, you can tell that they care. You can learn a lot if you’re really interested in succeeding in the industry.

Cons

There are definitely ALOT of secrets within this company. Let’s start by saying that all of the departments are confined to there own personal offices. You have to do an iris scan to get into the building and into your office. We were not allowed to mingle with one another. I never smoked cigarettes before working here. I picked up the habit because of the stress level. Also, cigarette breaks are the only time that you’re able to see other people that work at the company. Human Resources IS NOT your typical Human Resources department. You would think that Human Resources was there to help the employees; not at Revention. Human Resources is there to help the CEO & upper level management only. When I got hired, I signed paperwork for a comp structure that I WAS NEVER PAID. I never actually signed anything for what I was actually getting paid. When voicing my frustrations to HR, I got nowhere. The customers are VERY needy. This job is not easy AT ALL. However, if you’re good at it you would think that you would be rewarded with decent pay. That was definitely not the case for me. The retention rate for employees is very low, you’ll see people constantly come & go. You are definitely micromanaged. Your phone calls are monitored, emails are monitored, daily activity is monitored, call volume is monitored.. THE WAY YOU BREATHE IS MONITORED!! Lol. It’s like even when going to the bathroom, you feel like you’re being watched.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review, honest feedback is always welcome. Glad to hear you saw upside to the time you spent with us, work/life balance is one of our many priorities with our employees. As we are a dynamic company always looking to grow and gain market share, our management team has a heavy load to lift when pushing the company to continue evolving; and we couldn't agree with you more, we do care! As mentioned before, in order to be a dynamic company looking to grow, we also have to be highly organized, that is where the structure of Revention isn't always easy to get accustom to. We always encourage employees to engage each other, however, we restrict access to other departments to comply with the requirements of the industry we serve. The Human Resources department has and will always be an employee advocate, we lament your disagreement, However, Revention holds Human Resources accountable for the culture of the company and we provide our employees many options that have HR engage with you directly, and discreetly, in any question or concern you may have. The hope is that you used these options and they served you well. We wish you the best, again, thank you for your feedback.

Pros

Frontline staff is mostly helpful and kind

Cons

Cameras everywhere. Management reads all your emails. No vision. Just run on the whims of an absentee owner. Horrible culture.
