Pros

This company is really set up to make you think there are many pros but there aren't many at all.

Cons

There are many real concerns with this company. Management continues to put their employees in very tough situations, and then expect those same employees to bail them out. There is a lot of preferential treatment that goes on here. God forbid you ask for a raise! There's not enough money for that, but there is plenty of money for a new arcade game! Is the arcade game doing the work for us?

Thank you for expressing your concerns. We retain only the top Sales team members here at Revention, and selling point of sale systems can be challenging. For these reasons, not everyone is able to take advantage of the opportunities here if they do not have the required skill set. Unfortunately, it does not sound like this was the best fit for you but we wish you the best of luck in the future.

Pros

Great Environment to work in. The new changes that have been going on is a game changer. New management, more motivation. Love the opportunity here. It definitely help me believe in the direction of this company. As long as you are hard working, competitive, and hungry you will love Revention. From the weekly money gun to monthly money competitions. It motivates me to go harder. Both directors in operations and sales have been making the change this company has been looking for. Plus I get massages during work so that's a plus.

Cons

The only problem I have is the 45 hourly salary that is set up. It would be easier to just have a salary in sales. I want money so I will work more as salary but I would appreciate the holidays and PTO not affecting my pay.

Management sells you on the potential salary. Poor commission structure and not yet a sales job for the professional experienced.
