Pros

I was genuinely excited to work for this company as I had heard "some" positive things about working there. I should have listened to the negative feedback from past employees!!

Cons

My job there started out pretty positive but soon after turned out to be a disaster. I had applied for customer service initially but was thrown into the sales team right after I was hired on. I am happily married and once I announced that I was pregnant I was terminated one week later. Coincidence? I think not. These people are the most heartless people I have ever worked for and I feel so stupid for wasting my time trying to positively represent their company. They even had the audacity to get me to write a five star review for them on their Facebook page and the next day I was fired. Trust me, do not waste your time trying to work for these people.

Pros

Great technology. On-site masseuse. Great entry level training program. If you work here, you will appreciate every other job you ever have.

Cons

Ridiculous rules. Can't talk to people in other departments. No cell phone use period. Punch out to go to bathroom. Wipe up drips around urinals. Everything you do is monitored ... it's a mix between kindergarten and prison. The CEO makes new rules at random and most are just ludicrous. Worst turnover I have ever seen. 30 minute lunch break, but no refrigerators to store your lunch (someone left something in a fridge all weekend once and the owner found it! How did he survive that?). This place is the very definition of bad management.

Thank you for your review – Company communications are very important at Revention and yes departmental issues are escalated to the department manager. Management involvement allows for the development of proactive plans to prevent problems from arising again. Cleanliness is important at Revention. Restaurateurs visit offices frequently and it is important to create an inviting atmosphere. Lunch breaks have been 1 hour for 15 years, refrigerators were not available until 6 months ago when management added these for the employees in each department. Good luck with your new job opportunities.
