Pros

This company truly fosters both professional and personal growth. If you're looking to take the next step in your career, take ownership of your work, and be challenged while feeling supported, this is a great place to be.

Cons

While there isn't a subway nearby, the BNY does provide free shuttle buses.

Pros

Good place to start your career as an computer technician. Teaches you how to repair/replace parts for MacBooks.

Cons

The company went downhill since January 2024 when leadership changed. They focus more on selling the units and have repairs as a secondary focus. Because they want to sell units at a high rate, mistakes were made and MacBook with data of the previous owner were sold. Company lost focus on employee's well being and a lot of good and knowledgeable employees left on bad terms.
