Great place if you work hard and want to grow

Pros

A lot of opportunity if you like the challenge of taking things from 0 to 1 or 1 to 2 . All departments have a huge opportunity to take it to the next level. The company rewards high achievers. Revivn is an insurgent that repurposes electronics in a market that traditionally destroys them, whilst being very profitable. The company has less than 5% market share with a clear differentiation.

Cons

If you want a job that is 9-5 and that you will be promoted for tenure and not achievement this isn't the place for you. If you want to work for a highly funded start-up that spends without many consequences this is also not the place for you.

Pros

You have a job and you're building work experience in that job. The people themselves are truly passionate and hard working (but incredibly mistreated).

Cons

Working at Revivn has its positives, but they're overshadowed by significant negatives. The CEOs lack diverse expertise beyond sales and have fostered a toxic culture reminiscent of old school finance environments they're familiar with. They prioritize high performance at all costs, maximize employee output, and swiftly replace them once their use is fulfilled. The company promotes an inflexible, in-person work culture with minimal benefits and little regard for employee well-being, resulting in frequent turnover and an atmosphere of fear and distrust. Profit is prioritized over ethics, leading to underpayment, stagnant career growth, and lasting negative impacts on employee morale. Despite being a B Corp, Revivn lacks diversity all around and has no female representation in higher up positions. While its mission is unique and admirable (and therefore attracts great talent), the company is completely mismanaged.
