Some people are great to work with and I got to do a lot under my position.

Cons

Absolute mess of a vision and no trust from owners to employees. Could be massive company; instead operates on ineptitude

Pros

Leads, coworkers, and managers made this place worth it. Good place if you're starting.

Cons

slightly repetitive work, very little chance for moving up. Pay was mediocre. I recommended to stay at the level of technician then dipping for experience. The whole set up was too reliant on the leads.
