Pros

They issue stock options like they do not have a limited supply Bleeding edge technology with lightning fast development and deployment Remote work preferred Small team where everyone contributes Unlimited Possibilities

Cons

Name recognition isn't that of Facebook or Amazon, being a European Borderless Bank, very few people in the US have heard of Revolut. Job Titles are under the European naming convention so their seniority and scope may be deceiving to the casual passersby. Subsequently the salary should be higher, it's not awful but everyone wants to be paid more. Especially considering start-ups where everyone is wearing multiple hats doing multiple jobs. Hiring Process seems excessive and the job descriptions may not be accurate.

Pros

1. Remote work. 2. One of the highest salaries in Indian market 3. You can grow fast if you maintain your KPIs properly 4. Good increment for leveling up. 5. Friendly colleagues and leaders. 6. High night shift allowance compared to other companies in the Indian market. 7. You will get respect from colleges and leaders, all behave friendly irrespective of their role. 8. Yearly gifts for various occasions.

Cons

1. Very difficult to get emergency leaves, even if it is genuine you have to provide proof which is sometimes not possible so you have to sacrifice your health and family responsibilities for work. 2. Hectic scheduling, different schedules within a single week, for example if you are working at morning hours one day it can be the night hours as well tomorrow. 3. Strict KPI targets which are sometimes impossible to achieve, even though higher management is aware of it, still they will expect you to achieve those KPIs somehow.
