No tools, the strategy used in Europe doesn't work in the US and which is why they would always fire and hire people without providing essential sales tools (to get contact information's email/numbers)

Flexibility to work remotely and in other countries. Competitive compensation benefits. Friendly environment. They listen to their employees.

Cons

Heads often set targets that in the end end up affecting the KPIs of lower ranking agents. Some are aware of this, but turn a blind eye in order to achieve their own goals.
