      Pros

      Challenging, fresh and changing always. Good room for career growth, people you work with aren't trying to jump over you to be better then you, a fun, collaborative, welcoming environment. Your voice is heard, can have direct communication with not only your team leader but with higher ups as well. WFH, Flexible work

      Cons

      So much change can be dis jointed, sometimes feeling you're left on the side for a little bit, without information, can negatively affect performance and morale.
