      Pros

      Payment on time. Coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Company culture portrayed to the public is lightyears from the actual reality. A lot of problems with managemnt and comunication pipeline. People are overworked and with additional responsibilities no additional payment. People hired from outside whole there are good candidates inside.
