      What I love most about working here is that your impact isn't limited to just your daily tasks. There are constant opportunities to get involved in industry events, conferences, and thought leadership. The team is collaborative, ambitious, and highly supportive of personal branding and career progression.

      Cons

      With so many exciting initiatives happening at once, you must be good at managing your own time and prioritizing tasks ( for someone it can be a con ).

      Talented and ambitious colleagues, modern tech stack, and a lot of ownership from day one. The pace is fast but you learn quickly, ship real features to millions of users, and engineering quality is taken seriously. Good environment for growing as an iOS developer

      The pace can be intense and the bar is high, so the first weeks take some adjusting. A fair amount of process and internal tooling to learn early on
