Pros

The learning curve is unmatched. You get exposure to complex, global risk landscapes and cutting-edge fintech products that traditional banks wouldn't let you touch for years. A true meritocracy—if you are data-driven and can defend your risk assessments, leadership listens to you and gives you the autonomy to fix things. You don't just point out problems; you have to build the solutions. You learn how to manage risk without killing the user experience or stopping growth. If a control is broken, you don't wait six months for a committee to approve a fix. You work with the product team to patch it quickly.

Cons

The "move fast" mentality can sometimes clash with robust risk management, requiring you to constantly fight for compliance. Burnout is a real risk due to lean staffing, tight regulatory deadlines, and rapidly shifting internal priorities. Work-life balance is tough; expect to be "always on."

Pros

Working at Revolut has given me the chance to learn and grow much faster than I expected. The environment is fast-paced, which means you're constantly challenged and exposed to new situations, but that also helps you develop valuable skills quickly. I enjoy having ownership over my work and being trusted to make decisions that have a real impact on customers. One of the best parts is working with talented colleagues from different backgrounds and countries. There's always something new to learn, and the company is constantly evolving with new products and initiatives. It feels rewarding to be part of a business that is growing rapidly and changing how people manage their finances. For someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, continuous learning, and opportunities for career progression, Revolut can be a very exciting place to work.

Cons

Nothing to write about, best working experience.
