Quarterly KPIs need to be met or else you could get placed on a Performance Improvement Plan and then laid off. Management has no leadership training and are poor people managers. It is clear that Revolut has been a lot of people's first job in this company and you will encounter some folks with petulant, child like attitudes and lack of professionalism. This is pertinent in some levels of Senior Management as well as you will encounter some people that are very emotional and lash out at their employees.

It seems they has been spending very aggressively since receiving their round E funding, and now having to make major cut backs. Resulting with large amounts of staff being let go and restructuring. Increasing targets and KPIs to make bonuses unachievable and staff being put on performance management if they are not achieving 150% of their target as a minimum. Although management are advising they will reduce targets and KPIs to work with new restrictions but instead increase them, when asked why this is, the response is “just deal with it”.
