Pros

Good business expansion Result and number driven organization Compensation is alright

Cons

1. Processes are highly disorganized, with minimal structure or guidance—especially for new joiners. Systems are also not very intuitive and require significant time to navigate. 2. I was unfortunately assigned to a particularly challenging manager—there’s little to no constructive support, and feedback often comes in the form of lengthy, critical messages in group chats. 3. There seems to be a general lack of cohesion across the team, though this may be specific to my immediate team. 4. There are excessive sync meetings that take up a large portion of time, often without meaningful updates or outcomes.

Pros

Remote-First Culture: Offers a complete WFH model, which is a massive advantage for maintaining personal flexibility. Empowering Environment: A genuinely friendly workplace where staff are helpful and collaborative. Support for Women: Outstanding advocacy for female employees, specifically providing strong support and security throughout the maternity process. Top-of-Market Pay: Very competitive salary that ranks among the best in the industry for FinCrime roles.

Cons

Rigid Leave Policy: Unplanned time off is highly discouraged; the schedule requires strict adherence and reliability. High-Stakes Performance: The culture is "perform or exit." There is very little margin for error, and job security is directly tied to hitting your KPIs consistently.

Pros

I feel honored by my work. Every day I feel challenged to learn, improve, and perform even better in my role. I feel well-treated, my salary (as a Brazilian) is well above average, I have benefits, training, and feedback, something I never had before, and I'm happy about that.

Cons

I understand that my role is important and that my responsibility is quite heavy, and therefore I consider the anxiety of being evaluated to be normal. It's satisfying to do well, but it's not frustrating to do poorly; it motivates you to see things more clearly, analyze them, or study more.
