1- Everyday you have something new to learn. 2- Your efforts are valued and appreciated. 3- If you perform well, there are good chances of growth. 4- Pay is up to the mark. 5- Your feedback is heard.

Cons

1- As this is the fast paced environment, you have to be very quick to adapt to changes. 2- As the company is still growing, pressure on individual is a bit more compared to its competitors on the same domain

Mixed feelings

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

no micromanagment ownership and flexibility of how you work a lot of smart people, great engineering culture

Cons

Constantly high workload, Performance reviews are often subjective, without easy revocation, yet they heavily influence compensation and promotions. Bottom x% needs to receive bad reviews. This creates a toxic environment where the high stakes-large bonuses for good reviews and severe consequences for bad ones-cause people to shift blame onto others out of fear.

Revolving Door

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Paid Holiday Ability to work abroad

Cons

- Training is very disconnected - so much slides and 0 training directly from the team - Lack of social events with your team - If you are remote and not based in London, there will be a bias towards the managers and you will learn less - KPIs are unrealistic and it is impossible to earn commission with 200 AEs being employed every 1-2 months (Especially SMB). - QC will block your commission if you mention the wrong thing on a call or email
