Pros

Excellent company culture. Generally people are able to align and work towards the same purpose. Nothing is perfect, but mostly we're all rowing in the same direction. There is an amazing collection of talent here, especially in a lot of scientific domains. There's a lot of potential to do interesting work with colleagues across business units if you have a strong case.

Cons

Any bigger company can have process that a newcomer has to learn to navigate.

Thank you for this excellent feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you're experiencing our strong company culture and the collaborative spirit that drives us toward our shared mission. Your recognition of our talented scientific teams and cross-business unit collaboration opportunities reflects the diverse expertise we've built to advance healthcare solutions. We understand that navigating processes in a larger organization can be challenging for newcomers. We're continuously working to streamline these experiences through our Success Navigator program for better onboarding, Leadership Academy for management support, and Career Hub platform that helps employees connect across business units more effectively. Your perspective as a Product Manager helps us identify ways to make cross-functional collaboration even more accessible and efficient.

Pros

I loved working at Biolgend before it got acquired. The work culture was great, and people are very friendly. Also, the campus is really nice with all the new upgrades.

Cons

1. Salary less competitive than most companies- Try to negotiate if possible 2. Depending on you job but most people are hourly so you have to colck in and out everyday 3. As a research associate, the job can be very repetitive.
