Pros

I just started at Rewards Network in August and it was the best career decision I have made since being in outside sales. The company culture has such a positive environment and support that enables you to be quickly successful. From my regional manager, to my DVP and my peers, the Chicago team is one of the best. I would highly recommend any sales professionals who are highly-motivated, self-driven and passionate about what they do--RN is the company for them, especially if they want to be in a fun-ever changing industry!

Cons

The only con I would say is the salaries are on the lower end

Pros

Rewards Network takes care of their employees. Great benefits, great pay. Invaluable experience. They offer excellent training and ongoing support. You work from your home office. Friendly co-workers and management. Has a great work energy between staff and management. The job itself can be a lot of fun. I can’t say enough about my Regional Manager Lisa she is awesome, great person to work for.

Cons

You really need to be ready to work long hours. But, you have flexibility to get things done

Pros

Work from home office is only pro I can think of!

Cons

Not enough space here to list all the Cons... Their commission structure (if you can call it that) is designed to help them make $, not their reps! You will go broke on their very low & convoluted commissions. They say residual income but it's worse than pathetically low, and designed for company to make money not their hard working reps, even if you are exceeding your set goals! Lying Middle and Lower Management, Very negative environment, they do not care a thing about their employees, just how much money they can over charge their clients and how they can use every lying excuse to not pay their reps what they earned. Their Cash Advance program is comparable to loan sharking, its so outrageously expensive for the restaurant merchants!
