Cons

Frequently changing comp plan Communication can sometimes be more reactive than pro-active (actively making changes to this now) Limited growth options if a remote employee (not at Chicago HQ)

Pros

Working with clients was the best part. Offering a unique product that fills a need of restaurant owners. It's extremely easy once you figure out what you're doing. A high level of autonomy.

Cons

Cut throat, I saw people be fired for missing their quota two months in a row. While technically you could earn an unlimited amount they moved the target consistently and made it harder to earn more which is demotivating for over performers.
