Pros

When quota is hit the pay is pretty good. Flexible hours but if you don’t hit quota not so much.

Cons

Very cut throat. You can be the star one day then on a performance plan the next. High stress.

- Direct manager was amazing and made the day more enjoyable - Benefits package - WLB - Trusted to do your job

Cons

- Lack of culture on the outside sales team, not encouraged to network in-person with “corporate” employees. - Lack of innovation - Growth opportunities
