      One pro is that you don't usually need to work overtime, but that's about it

      Cons

      Discrimination Harassment Blame by management without any evidence Favouritism (yes, I'm looking at you North Ryde office managers who only trust and try to satisfy branch managers and only branch managers, and those office managers who have no trust in staff who sit in the same room as you)

      If there is bullying in HR there no hope

      Pros

      Worked with some very good ethical people.

      Cons

      Bad behaviour in senior HR, bullying tactics which senior management did nothing about although they were told. People with years of loyal experience bullied out of the business beacuse they wouldn’t play the game. Companies ethics ruined.
