      Great sales team , very autonomous role

      Cons

      CRM ruled the roost , regional management was clueless to the real world. Customer service was and still is atrocious. No stock holding and no staff in branch

      Pros

      Good for anyone with an autonomous drive and willingness to work will be rewarded as there's always work to do and plenty of overtime. Always felt like an important part of the team. Supported by management. Most staff are friendly and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Very stressful and there isn't often enough time in the day to get ahead of your last days work. New staff often don't work out which leaves you behind and wasting time on training. Complex systems at times and not often easy to understand the "rules" and procedures change branch to branch.
