Pros

Some friendly people that make your days better

Cons

Mostly full of men. The company doesn’t do much to entice more women to work in the branches. The management is disorganised and out of tune with reality. No support or proper training. It feels like a boys club

Pros

- no pros that I can think of

Cons

- management behaves like it’s 1972 - incompetent handling of the COVID crisis - nepotism and old boy network at work there - ugly work environment with constant noise coming from the warehouse - need a car to get to an office in the middle of nowhere - benefits are below standard - toxic work space - management indifferent and/or ignorant of what goes on - no possibility of promotion, no upward mobility - crazy old woman with dementia starts to sing out loud in the office - worst company I’ve ever work for - do not go there!
