Pros

pay, work alone ,travel, crate new marketing ideas and work with owners or retail managers to push objectives, company car, company credit card, relo assistance, benefits

Cons

toxic management who doesn't take time to value individuals on their teams and blow past all the positives that micro manage and always pushing a new objective every other day no wonder why there is so much turnover. not much growth unless you relocate. i tried to get into their global graduate program but got turned down for no reason even meeting requirements. work somewhere else that people will encourage you. managers need to do better.

Good Brands and Competitive Pay, but Leadership and Advancement Need Work

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits aligned with market standards.

Cons

Department leaders are often placed in roles without the necessary leadership skills, impacting team effectiveness. While the company is working to revitalize its culture, efforts often feel short-term. Opportunities for advancement are limited—qualified individuals are often overlooked, raising concerns about whether growth and recognition are truly based on equal and fair opportunity.

Never Settle in Your career

Pros

Company offers in most cases a competitive salary and great incentives such as paid parental leave and tuition reimbursements.

Cons

Simply put the workplace culture has evolved to be very toxic and make the work less enjoyable. There have been SEVERAL leadership changes and "optimizations" to field employee structure which clearly detail a lack in consistent strategy and employee engagement. There is a culture of individuals that are in the majority of the workforce that only support a certain group of people that all look alike and have similar backgrounds.
