Ever since BAT has taken over, it has been all downhill. The wrong people are in the decision making positions. Many good employees have left the company due to leaderships in ability to make the right business decisions.

- Company Vehicle and Fuel Card -Strong brand presence: RJ Reynolds is a well-established company with a recognizable portfolio of brands, which can provide a sense of job security.

Cons

Management challenges: Leadership at times may be disconnected from day-to-day operations, leading to unclear expectations or inconsistent communication. Work-life balance issues: The demanding nature of certain roles, especially in sales, may result in a lack of work-life balance. The day involves driving and merchandising. There are so many parts and pieces to the backbar. Make no mistake, this role is labor heavy and you will sacrifice your body for the job. SKU management is over 100 SKUs at retail, and for the pay it is not worth it
