- good pay and benefits - decent leadership - ability to garner real sales skills

Cons

- corporate jargon and whiplash is rampant - hard to get promoted out of your territory if you're doing a good job, especially as a white male - BAT completely decimated the culture of this company, and they just squeeze performers for every ounce of revenue they can without any extras in return
