Pros

Company car for personal use with free gas and maintainance. Home office and plenty of flexibility. Work/life balance. Great people to work with.

Cons

Promotions are mostly based on personal opinion and relations, rather than performance and talent. Future of industry is uncertain. Having to deal with retail managers and owners with little to no education and business knowledge.

Pros

Nice benefits, company car, opportunity to advance career with seminars to advance career. Company has respect in market place as their share of market grows annually.

Cons

Not much balance in the work vs. family time. High pressure to meet quarterly goals. Have to be mobile to be promoted.

Pros

For New Mexico the pay is good. Benefits are alright. Co-workers are the best part. VP is good. President is the best but a figurehead. Tobacco is the very best. There are some very talented people working in this company.

Cons

Little trust in upper managment no matter how they try to dress it up. Politics are despicable. Watch out for the overly ambitious but mediocre talent judging others and holding your fate in their hands but not all are like that. some very intelligent people also hold your fate in their hands. But lots of Ego-driven and obsessed with heirarchy. Some real micro-managers. Not enough great workers get promoted. Why? Not from RJR? Not able to relocate? Aren't BFFs with certain people? Not the Reynolds style? So many of the employees are tyring to figure out how they can get out without losing everything.
