Pros

Pay is competitive Health Benefits, company vehicle and 401K are solid Opportunity to travel and be exposed to difference markets is helpful in understanding the big picture

Cons

Work-Life Balance is terrible - better boundaries must be set Surveys company sends out to help the Leadership Team (LT) are intended to help them improve their management relationships with their direct reports, however, the LT does not always follow through with real action and genuine interests to make it a more positive environment for their people.

This company had great benefits, great people and an opportunity for growth. Minimal traveling in local territory. Great support from home office.

Cons

Minimal training for entry level sales novice. Overall great place to work and have the opportunity to grow into management positions.
