Close knit and family oriented company. Accomplishes a lot with little resources.

Cons

Company was too successful and was purchased a few years ago by RJR Tobacco.

Pros

Excellent total package: -Car (gas, insurance, personal use) -Cell Phone allowance -Internet allowance -Great Bonus structure -Incredible opportunities to learn and manage multi-million dollar territories -Paid MBA program (minus books)

Cons

-Steep learning curve -You must be a self-starter or you will not be happy -very competitive market -stigma of tobacco company (depends on your outlook) -Very heavy work load at times.

Company Car, 401K, Cell Phone Allowance, Laptop, Gas Card Easy job if you know how to multi-task and keep up with the flow

Cons

Ability to be promoted is not based on your skills but your mobility, and likability! Fast Changing industry that is taking a dive in the wrong direction Constant changes that are sometimes unneccessary
