I enjoy it here. its a place where I come to work and almost everyone smiles and are friendly, a very pleasant environment. watch your weight. they like to feed you and enjoy many events. Stable company. and they care about training you to make you better.

Cons

pay too low. its hard to advance and grow within the company with decent pay raise. unless you really suck up to management more than your qualifications.

Leadership is weak Tends to ape the market leaders without using brains Does not recognize hard work Follows stereotypes Salary low out of market Senior leadership thinks they know everything but fall short of ideas Bi Polar leadership Works as 2 companies one in the Americas and other Rest of the world
