      Pros

      Some good people here that have to deal with technical debt / difficulties. Like any place you work out, you can create good friendships and relationships. Nice location.

      Cons

      No diversity at Ria Financial, Denver. They like to claim they're "diverse" by trotting out the same bodybuilder and his accomplishments or the token Asian girl. You'll only find diversity at the Buena Park location where they have worse jobs, in outsourced engineering, or with their customers transferring money in 3rd world countries. Some people are territorial, aggressive, and incompetent. Heaven forbid you have to work with their data team / manager that is protective about their slow, outdated "Access Database" and will ensure no one is brought on who will expose them. Questionable business practices. They're a company with no technology to speak of. They can't react to Facebook/Whatsapp payments, Google Voice payments, or other emerging tech. One of their competitors got bought out and not them. That should tell you everything about their future prospects.
