Great people, friendly and hard worker with different cultures but always respectful and ready to enjoy the all different parties during the year.

Cons

The management are not prepared and most of them does not have studies. In the same department of 8 employees you have one team lead, one supervisor, one senior supervisor, one manager and one director. when you need something and you ask to your team lead they start escalating to each other and the end they are not able to resolve it and THEN they ask to Vice President of compliance!

Its run like a small private company and you are not just a number. Given the size of the company most people know each other and if you are willing access to upper management is available.

Cons

Its run like a small private company.... Thats also the Con.. they don't give you the salary you deserve in the market. Bonus structure needs to be redone and the whole roadmap for employee growth is at best a joke. There are excuses given at each step of the way to find a reason why the FINANCE team wont approve pay increase eventhood the manager wants to do it. Lots of politics and favoritism
