      Pros

      I have worked at Ria for over 4 years and have seen them mature as they have grown and grown rapidly. As expected, there are growing pains but they have made changes to improving benefits, bringing in better management and events at work are fun and impactful.

      Cons

      As the company grows, I hope they provide better opportunities for internal employees to be moved up.

      Pros

      Its a great international company to work for. Great and interesting people from around the world.

      Cons

      Low wages, poor cross training.. kind of like the right hand doesn't now what the left hand is doing. Which makes the design of the phone system suck.. big time. When calling in if the phone lines are busy then that call can get routed anywhere or to any department. With no cross training the employees have little knowledge on where call should go. So call can go to several departments before finding its destination.
