Very bad top management

Pros

Because the workload was very intense and the bad company culture, the team members were very supportive and helpful with each other in order to keep it strong!

Cons

The top management was very old style (don't ask just to it!), not open to discussion and to changes at all, each level pushing downwards the requirements (top down culture). Most of the management put pressure on teams to work at nights and weekends rather than question the priorities of some requests. People are really not considered there for sure.

Pros

+ Nice discounts on watches + Stress level is really low + Money is ok

Cons

- We want to work and produce nice results, but it's impossible due to political fights - The HR team is fully useless and lost - The top management is erratic and is always afraid of commitment - The new office in Meyrin is really crappy - I feel like my time is being wasted away for nothing

Pros

You get 40% discounts on Group brands which is a very interesting perk

Cons

There is nobody accountable within the company. Nobody has real responsibility or power over anything. For each project million stakeholders need to be involved and everybody wants to intervene to justify their own jobs which, in at least 50% of the time, are absolutely useless but get motivated by the added complexity they bring
